 MUDr. Věra DerflováphlebologistGraduated from the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University in 1992. After completing her studies, worked at the Dermatovenereology Clinic at Bulovka, where she prepared for her first-stage professional qualification in the field of dermatovenereology She passed this in 1995. During her preparations for her first-stage qualification she specialised in vascular problems connected with her main field i.e. phlebology (the diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins and symptoms of chronic venous inadequacy, with particular reference to schlerotherapy), lymphology (diagnosis and treatment of lymphatic swellings of various origins), proctology (diagnosis and treatment of haemorrhoids and difficulties linked to them). After completing her first stage qualification she worked in the Centres for Dermatological Angiology in Prague and in Řičany (near Prague), where she did long-term work in this field. In 1998 she completed her second-stage qualification in the field of dermatovenereology. Until the middle of 2003 she worked at the aforementioned centres. Since autumn 2003 she has been in private practice in several locations in Prague, including the Laser Centre in Anděl. | |
