Acne
Acne is a very widespread condition, occurring in almost all of the population. It occurs at all ages. It is most often to be found on the face, chest and upper back, and less often on the arms and buttocks. Many factors affect the onset of acne. In addition to hereditary factors these are mainly hormonal changes, bacteria on the skin, blocked sebaceous glands and some external causes.
If normal local treatments do not successfully treat acne, it can be treated with a combination of chemical peeling and Smoothbeam laser.
Fractional laser use represents a novelty in treating dilated pores and acne scars. The intervention is carried out under local anesthesia.
Some individuals, under the influence of hormonal changes, may have expanded pores and oilier skin. Here also chemical peeling together with the Smoothbeam laser is a beneficial combination.
